My Bridal Pix Shipping Policy
Your custom order will be produced in 4-10 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping from the state of Utah. You can choose your preferred shipping method at check out. We currently use UPS & USPS as our primary shipping method in the USA and abroad. We find that they give us the best rates, customer service, and tracking capabilities. Please note that USPS does deliver on Saturdays as part of their normal delivery service, where as UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless you upgrade shipping and specify Saturday delivery. If you should require a specific shipping service other than UPS or USPS, please contact our customer service department email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
For international shipments: Please note that the recipient will be required to pay any tariff, taxes or duties at the border, in addition to the shipping fee.
Drop Shipment are available upon your request at check out.
Items Lost or Damaged: If in the rare case that your order should be lost, or damaged, please contact our office within 48 hours. In order to process your claim, please take a photo of the damaged package; keep the original packaging & all paperwork from your order. Failure to do so may result in denial of a replacement. You will be issued a return authorization number upon which you will return all items related to your order. Upon receipt, we will expedite a replacement order for you. My Bridal Pix cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during any secondary shipments of our products from your location, once the initial delivery has been made.
My Bridal Pix Return Policy
Our skilled craftsmen use only the best technology, and quality materials make our products. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. We promise that your order will be free of manufacturer defects or shipping damage, or we will promptly replace it for free. While we work very hard to keep our products as consistent as possible, variations in a hand-made product are a normal occurrence and should not be considered a manufacturing defect, or a defect in workmanship.
Please be sure to also inspect the quality of your images before you create and order your book. Dark images or non professional photographs that have not been edited properly, will print dark if they are dark to begin with and this should not be considerd a manufacture defect. Print production files will be inspected for this complaint. If your images have been edited properly, there should never be an issue with with your images printing too dark, as our state of the art digital print technology is very accurate. Please note on premium leather covers, leather is not machine finished. Since we use 100% natural hides for our leather covers, there will be grain, color, and texture variances.
My Bridal Pix does not, however, provide cash refunds for canceled orders, or errors in proofreading and or design flaws where images or text are cut off because they were placed too close to the edge. Please keep in mind that we print your book exactly how you send it, so you need to double check, even triple check your work before you send it. PLEASE view your oder in the PREVIEW tool in the software. Any typos, low-resolution, fuzzy, dark images images, or design issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, My Bridal Pix will not be responsible for books that have been dropped, put in extreme environments, or otherwise mishandled.
Each product you purchase from My Bridal Pix is a custom order, printed to your specifications. We do not have the luxury of putting the order back on the shelf if you do not like it, therefore, we do not accept returns, or process refunds for any reason, except to the extent we guarantee the workmanship of our products, as described above.
